Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development and execution of HR and office administration strategies aligned with company’s objectives

Requirements:

• Proven experience as administration manager

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Key storyteller of all the brands under the organisation’s umbrella
• Manage and oversee all the marketing activities and materials within the Marketing Department
• Evaluate and oversee the execution of all marketing strategies
• Deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution
• Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
• Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
• Identify key growth drivers and opportunities to grow the brand in the industry
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends
• Develop overseas expansion strategies
• Learning and working with various types of software for digital marketing
• Set KPIs for the marketing team and ensure that the team delivers
• Work closely with other departments/management and provide support when needed
• Maintain a good relationship with clients and suppliers
• Reports directly to the General Manager, standing by as an available resource when needed
