Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design interactive reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Tableau software.

We are seeking a Data Centre Operations Team lead to oversee and manage the delivery of Data centre support services and ensure that operations and delivery is smooth and handle incident management.

Responsibilities

• To manage the delivery and quality of Data Center support services and its customers by ensuring proper execution and timely performance of all specified operational tasks and work deliverables required of the Support Team/Operators;
• To implement measures to monitor and maintain performance capabilities, readiness and stability of the Support Team;
• To plan for and ensure effective measures to work around any operational manpower resource contingencies;
• Collect, track and monitor Support Team workload data and to prepare workload report for operational review;
• Prepare and present monthly performance and operational review reports;
• Incident report which the problem is caused by the operation team to be provided within agreed time frame
• To ensure the maintenance, compliance of the Data Center policies procedures and processes;
• To recommend and implement Support Team policies, processes and procedural enhancements and improvement measures;
• Implement any new operational procedure and/or process, and to effectively communicate the changes to all members of the Support Team on a timely basis;

• Expertise in Big Data Ecosystem such as Cloudera (Hive, Impala, Hbase, Ozone, Iceberg), Spark, Presto, Kafka
• Experience in a Metadata tool such as IDMC, Axon, Watson Knowledge Catalog, Collibra etc
• Expertise in designing frameworks using Java, Scala, Python and creation of applications, utilities using these tools
• Expertise in operationalizing machine learning models including optimizing feature pipelines and deployment using batch/API, model monitoring, implementation of feedback loops
