Job Duties

Commercial planning & monitoring

• Ensure that contracts accurately reflect the terms and conditions agreed upon by the parties, comply with legal and regulatory requirements, and mitigate risks for the organization
• Review contract terms and conditions to identify potential issues, ambiguities, or discrepancies and propose solutions to address them
• Maintain a centralized contract repository, tracking system, and database to store and manage contracts throughout their lifecycle
• Monitor contract deadlines, renewal dates, and key milestones, and proactively communicate with stakeholders to ensure compliance and adherence to contractual obligations

Job Description

As a Data Analyst, you serve as a bridge between our data and business goals, providing deep insights for making business decisions. You constantly look for innovative ways to optimize the way games are operated.

• Deliver data requests in a timely manner, including but not limited to data extraction, data analysis, data solutions and data visualization.
• Advise reliable and best practices of data extraction methods.
• Perform deep-dive data analysis and studies into problems raised by business teams.
• Facilitate problem-solving process by suggesting hypotheses and corresponding data solutions.
• Support Data Scientists on machine learning models for a better understanding of user behaviors.
• Construct data pipelines to ease retrieval and analysis of key information.
• Support any other ad-hoc data requests from Garena teams.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or relevant degree from a reputable university.
• At least 1 year of working experience in a data-related field is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong in SQL or Python, good knowledge of statistical modeling, and basic understanding of machine learning with prior working experience is preferred.
• Strong in logical thinking and clear in data presentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and teamwork attitude.
• Fast learner and adaptable to work at a fast pace.
• Experience and passion in the gaming industry is a plus.
• Passionate about games in general with at least entry-level gaming industry knowledge.

• Event planning, design and production while managing all project delivery elements within time limits
• Liaise with clients to identify their needs and to ensure customer satisfaction
• Conduct market research, gather information and negotiate contracts prior to closing any deals

• Organize facilities and manage all event’s details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material etc
