Main Responsibilities:

As a Data Scientist at LDC, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, contributing to the development and enhancement of our vessel tracking ecosystem. 1. Vessel Tracking Ecosystem Development:

DATA MANAGEMENT – MAILING OFFICER (12 months contract + 1 month completion bonus and renewable)

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The Data Management – Mailing officer is a key member in the Client Account Modifications department. He/She is responsible for mailing related static maintenance in Filler, eBanking, etc for client portfolios and agents (EAM/EFA/Finder relationships), as well as handling of ad-hoc client output requests.

KEY FEATURES OF THE POSITION

Client Management (internal & external)

• Establish and build strong relationship through consistent interaction with Front Office/key stakeholders across the Bank regarding the services and support they require and challenges faced

• Manage Front Office’s queries and support troubleshooting

Business Management
