JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for implementing and managing the successful execution of programs for our key customers.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To establish and enhance strategic relationships with customers; provide and improve delivery and customer rapport /support.
2. Manage and monitor project activities; ensures clear communications to facilitate successful completion of the program/project are on schedule and within budget constraints.
3. Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional departments to achieve commitments, meet customer-focused scorecards, and achieve all KPIs goals.
4. Organise and facilitate meetings with key customers on business and operational reviews and escalations.
5. Review and manage revenue and profitability and conduct a risk assessment on actual versus budgeted numbers.
6. Coordinate, manage and oversee new implementation/ product launches with support from the assigned functional group expertise teams.
7. Develop work systems & processes that drive productivity and initiate various continuous improvement projects.
8. Continuously evaluate and improve program execution processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness of the function.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in business or related field.
· 1-4 years of relevant experience in program management and/or minimum 3 years of Operational experience in logistics industry.
· Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills towards internal and external customers (both oral and written).
· Competent in computer skills and common applications (Office, Excel, PowerPoint & Word).
· Comfortable with ambiguity but passionately strives to bring clarity to the organization.
· Proven track records of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Ability to lead in the face of complexity in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment, guide and develop the team members as a strong leader.
· Able to build client relationships strategically, recognising the importance of customers, and developing senior level relationships to build mutually beneficial long-term relationships.
