The Role:

• Perform data entry on customer information
• Follow up with colleagues & customers, to ensure completeness of refund processing
• Monitor status of refunds to customer

• Possess a Diploma / GCE A / O Levels

• Support tool owner engineer to do technical activities in fab: trouble shoot, modification, installation, de-installation
• Support 6S & logistic activities (parts cleaning, arrangement, labelling, housekeeping)
• Other related ad hoc duties
