Job Responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Follow a prepared script to provide information about products or services
• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and interests
• Identify and qualify sales leads through outbound calling efforts
