Job Description:

Critical responsibilities:

• To ensure all the task is completed
• To ensure all the system is well taken care and monitor,
• To ensure all back up is executed.
• to ensure all batch job is executed.

General Responsibilities:

• Monitor Server and application health.
• Batch job & monitoring
• Backup job & Monitoring
• Escalation and alert notification.
• Escort DC visitor.
• Support Building management maintenance, e.g. power maintenance, Aircon
• Support security advisories,
• Remote monitoring service,
• Support DR activity.
• Support and execute task assign by the Project manager.
• Printing service management.

Responsibilities

· Maintaining computer networks including mainframes, VPNs, routers and other physical hardware

· Installing and configuring network equipment

· Creating firewalls and updating virus protection software and data security systems to keep data and communications protected

· Monitoring computer systems to improve network performance for all systems

Skills/Requirement

· Security --> Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, Fortinet firewall & Proxy (must be Level 3

· Load balancers --> F5 LTM & GTM

· Routing & Switching --> Cisco Catalyst & Nexus, HP Aruba switches & Routers (must be Level 3)

The Opportunity

The Data Analyst (PowerBI)position is a part of the Global IT Department, which is directly overseen by the Group’s CIO. Our team currently comprises of over 40 IT, software, and data professionals primarily based in Shanghai and Moerdijk (the Netherlands). Job Responsibilities:

· Respond to user requests to modify our existing PowerBI resources (~10 workspaces, ~30 semantic models, ~100 dashboards); create new PowerBI resources when necessary

· Respond to other user requests outside of PowerBI by using SQL queries to directly interact with our data warehouse

· Regularly audit data quality and security on both our PowerBI and data warehouse environments (Azure stack)

· Understand recurrent business requirements, able to help data engineers refine data mart designs based on real user expectations; make suggestions to the data team as a whole about how to service the organization better

· Promote a culture of organizational learning by facilitating knowledge sharing and implementing best practices in documentation by ensuring that business requests, and any resulting data products, are well documented

Requirements:

· 3+ years SQL experience

· 2+ years PowerBI experience

· Professional fluency in English and Mandarin

• To assist in report preparation and administrative works
• Setup and maintain controls and document procedures
• Check the quality of data entry by field geologist/ site supervisors and report any errors to the Project Manager/Geologist for rectification
• To prepare and compile data for report submission
• To assist and support Project Managers in their respective project works
• To maintain an inventory of test inspection and measuring equipment
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
