Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement the firm's enterprise risk management framework.
• Identify, assess, and monitor risks across various business units.
• Create and maintain a robust risk reporting system, providing timely and accurate information to senior management.
• Assist in the assessment, management, and monitoring of compliance with relevant data protection laws.
• Develop, update, and enforce policies and procedures related to data protection.
• Conduct data protection impact assessments as needed.
• Review basic legal documents, including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Client Agreements.
• Keep the firm's policies up-to-date based on regulatory changes.
• Address inquiries related to onboarding, continuance assessment, independence, anti-money laundering, and data protection.
• Conduct regular compliance testing to ensure adherence to the firm's policies.
• Organize and prepare information for reporting to regulatory bodies and the group.
• Facilitate and deliver training programs related to risk management.

• Degree in Accountancy, Business or relevant discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in an international public accounting firm, financial institution or multinational company.
• Advantageous to have experience in ERM and/or data protection.
• Possess keen interest in the international development of risk management policies with a good understanding of regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Position Title: Purchasing Clerk/Purchasing Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions in order to order materials, goods and supplies on the same day, issue PO to Supplier.
• Review inventories and order as required.
• Handle all IN/OUT bound documents and permit for overseas.
• Interact with the suppliers on a day-to-day basis.
• Review Suppliers' deliveries against PO on daily Basis.
• Track the status of any outstanding orders daily and report to HOD if any POs have not arrived timely.
• Maintain ISO Supplier System and Yearly Supplier Review reports.
• Identify Top Tier Suppliers half yearly.
• Handle CN from Supplier.
• Ensure that any invoices are sent to accounts for payment in accordance with requirements.
• Manage FA and Non-FA Goods.
• Other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned.

Job Description

• Assist project manager in IT support functions
• Monitoring project schedule and objectives to ensure timely achievement of deliverables
• Development and deployment of survey related IT projects
• Maintenance of all project documentation
• Perform UAT and Production testing for system deployment
• Conduct User Testing as and when required after system patching/maintenance
• Analyse call transcripts using text analysis methods such as rule-based matching and sentiment analysis in Python.

Job Requirement
