The Senior Executive, Data & Digital Projects will undertake data analytics and audience research, optimizing CRM tools such as marketing automation to deepen audience engagement and facilitating data integration, as well as being a key member of the project team for future digital technology initiatives.

Data Integration and Analytics

• Manage vendors in the data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to ensure accurate and consistent data across all marketing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage the daily operations of digital platforms, including websites, apps, and internal tools, ensuring their performance and availability.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to digital tools and platforms. Collaborate with IT or external vendors to resolve complex issues.
• Identify and implement improvements in digital workflows and processes to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Handle data entry, extraction, and analysis tasks to support digital operations. Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all platforms.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure digital operations align with overall business objectives.
• Maintain and update operational documentation, including SOPs, process maps, and troubleshooting guides.
• Generate regular reports on digital platform performance, issues, and improvements. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirement

• Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in digital tools, operations, IT support, or a related field is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in digital platforms, content management systems (CMS), and formula builders. Familiarity with cloud services and APIs is a plus.
• Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) is advantageous.

Job Duties:
