Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Officer to join our team. In this
role, you will play a vital part in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various
positions across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to

Responsibilities:
• Source and attract candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, social
media, and referrals.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, acting as a liaison between candidates and hiring
managers.
• Maintain accurate tracking reports on the recruitment progress, including the status
of candidates at different stages of the hiring process.
• Assist with onboarding processes and necessary paperwork for successful candidates.
• Support the recruitment team in meeting hiring targets and objectives.
• Participate in internal recruitment events and campaigns as needed.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English;
• Proficiency in an additional language is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
Remuneration:
• Competitive base salary plus commission and performance bonus.
• Working hours: 10:00AM to 7:00PM (Mondays to Fridays).
