Responsibilities

• Attend industry-leading Training programme: Paid Training and Coaching provided (no experience required)
• Serve as a Trusted Wealth Relationship Manager, offering Financial Management solutions such as Wealth Protection, Investments, and other Banking products/services
• Engage clients through Branch walk-ins and/or Tele-prospecting using the Bank’s expansive client database
• Conduct Client Profiling consultations to assess financial needs and goals
• Collaborate with expert teams and utilize cutting-edge digital tools to deliver excellent service
• Ensure compliance with all regulations (training provided)

Remuneration & Benefits (MUST READ)

• Uncapped Earning Potential
• First-Year Income: $80,000-$100,000++ (Fixed + Commissions)
  No Experience: $3,300-$3,600 Basic + $300 Monthly Allowance
  Experienced Bankers or Financial Sales Professionals: Up to $5,000 Basic + $300 Monthly Allowance + Sign-On Bonus
  Commissions: Earn around $10,000 in Quarterly Commissions for achieving 100% Sales Target, with additional UNCAPPED rewards for exceeding targets
• Working Hours:
  Mon-Fri: 8:30AM-4:30PM or 10AM-5:30PM
  Sat: Half-day (until 1-2PM)
• Working Location: Assigned to a Bank Branch (island wide; based on vacanc(ies) available)

Requirements

• Singaporeans ONLY (candidates requiring Work Visa need not apply)
• Minimum Local Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree, of any discipline (per MAS requirements)
• If shortlisted, obtain relevant CMFAS certifications before starting (guidance provided)
• Passion for Wealth Management and a strong drive for exceptional income
• Willingness to work 5.5-day weeks, including Saturday mornings (0.5-day off-in-lieu)
