What You'll Be Doing

• Data analysis to support business decision-making, strategic development and operational requirements.
• Produce dashboard and reports to provide insights into historical data, trending and predictive trends.
• Frame business scenarios and propose features that impact critical business processes and decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Data Analytics expert to provide insights on our data, to identify trends and opportunities and suggest solutions based on these insights to support business decision.
• Develop data mart, data models that can support data analysis to draw insightful information, predictive modelling and trend analysis, enabling us to proactively meet client needs and provide insights for active panel clinics management and portfolio management.
• Design and develop dashboard frameworks and reporting view to achieve efficiency in reporting for routine standard reports.
• Optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand insurers’ or clients’ requirements and business agreements, prepare claims analysis, and identify opportunities for improving efficiency of report submission.
• Standard regular reports to keep a view on panel clinics performance to ensure alignment with panel clinics management, cost containment strategies and to meet audit requirements.
• Utilize SQL and any other provided analytical tools to meet reporting requirements for clients/insurers/brokers.

Responsibilities:

• Conducts activities of equipment power supply and control in order to assure the proper functioning of the plant. Moves raw material and process solvents received by Production Warehouse personnel
• Loads production equipment and conducts activities aimed to put instruments, services and plant in the right conditions to perform in the planned condition required by Manufacturing Formulas, operating procedures or Shift Manager dispositions
• Documents all the activities executed or to be executed signing and dating the official production documentation.
• Communicates and collaborates Shift Manager / Production Support for all the operations to be executed, in solving any anomalies occurred and suggesting possible solutions
• During the shift controls that the work progress in line with scheduling. Assures registration of SIC ( Short Interval Control) data which contributes to the control program DWOR ( Daily Weekly Operating Report)
• Maintains a high level of cleaning in the working area dedicating parts of the working hours to housekeeping operations of the department areas and equipment following the indication of the Shift Manager/Production Control
• Any other general administrative duties/ad-hoc projects as assigned by immediate supervisor.

Requirements

• Min NITEC / Diploma in Chemical Engineering / Chemical process tech
• No exp needed, training provided
