• Data/IT Project Management: Collaborate with units, including the Advancement Office and Centre of IT Services (CITS), to enhance IT-relatedservices for alumni.
• Manage and coordinate technical aspects of the alumni portal, serving as the liaison for technical issues.
• Operations and Coordination: Guide the Senior Executive, Data Management inmaintaining CRM data accuracy.
• Handle CRM access requests and support the team lead on data-related audits. Ensure compliance with data privacy policies and update departmental SOPs.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems/Technology, Data Analytics or other related fields.
• Advanced-level knowledge of Microsoft applications e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Knowledge and skills in data visualizations
• Familiarity with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), data privacy and governance policies.
• Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in data and database management, or customer or membership-type platforms/app or IT related-projects
• Experience in managing others e.g. junior staff will be advantageous.
