Competitor Analysis

o Utilize advanced tools (e.g., web crawlers) to gather market data, including transaction volumes, liquidity, and capital flows.

o Create comparative analyses to monitor market share trends and competitive positioning.

Data Governance and Collaboration

o Partner with data warehousing teams to ensure business-aligned data structure and governance.

o Define data set specifications and manage permission hierarchies.

Cross-functional Support

o Provide data insights for product development, including new feature assessments and pain-point resolutions.

o Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other teams to optimize performance indicators.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required.
• Min 8 years of experience in Data Analytics and proven track record in cross functional team support
• Experience in using Business Intelligence tools are essential.
• Experience with relational databases and source control tools is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively on the trading floor under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, analytical skills, and a dependable work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Support the validation and updating of global employee data onto SAP.
• Liaise with global HR Administrator providing coaching and direction as required
• Liaise projects to identify, correct and re-engineer HR processes to ensure quality data
• Liaise mass data change projects and processes
• Maintain currency of documented processes
• Administration, analysis and tracking of system access requests for HRIS (SAP HR), HRMR (HR Measurement & Reporting), Talent Link modules and Workforce Analytics (WFA)
• Daily oversight of the HR Data mailbox (intake/triage), including issues and escalations as required
• Ensure data access authorisations in accordance with privacy controls
• Develop requirements documentation and conduct analysis of HR data access system change requests (SCRs) with impacted areas/owners
• Raise awareness of system access gaps, risks or concerns to management & SAP security team to arrive at a sound business solution
• Empower self-sufficiency with data apps provided to any number of end users
• Create a knowledge base for your team, department, or entire organization. Build and share reusable workflows as best practices or starter kits for beginners

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree and Freshers/experience with good Knowledge or experience in Knime.
• Proficient in Knime modules.
• Ability to speak and write in Chinese as the incumbent requires to liaise with the China HQ counterparts/personnel for work or project related matters
