• Data Management: Gather and record accurate alumni engagement data and generate timely reports for senior management and ad hoc requests. Verify and update alumni LinkedIn data and notable alumni lists.

• Data/IT Project Management: Collaborate with units, including the Advancement Office and Centre of IT Services (CITS), to enhance IT-relatedservices for alumni.

Qualifications and Requirements

Key Mandatory Requirements:

• Overall 5+ years working experience in Business Analysis, gathering requirement, modeling process flows
• Must have strong recent working experience and expertise in modeling process flows, data relationships, and event sequencing for at least 3+ years.
• Must have hands-on experience in JIRA, Confluence, Excel, Alteryx, Powerpoint.
• Strong proficiency with key tools: JIRA, Confluence, Alteryx, MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Tableau is a plus.
• Proficiency in understanding code logic and constructing complex data queries.
