Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and send out invoices to clients accurately and promptly
• Collect and process orders from call-in customers, ensuring order details are accurately recorded and communicated
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on short credit term customer.
• Assist with reconciling billing discrepancies and resolving issues.
• Maintain accurate records of billing transactions and update customer accounts.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure smooth billing processes.
• Handle customer inquiries related to billing and orders.

This Data Analyst role is critical for establishing robust data processes, maintaining data integrity, and supporting the company’s efforts toward leveraging high-quality data for decision-making and AI transformation. Key responsibilities include:

1. Creating Data Processes: Develop procedures for data entry, database integration, and sharing to standardize processes, prevent data duplication or corruption, and ensure long-term data preservation.
2. Protecting Data: Maintain data integrity by identifying and removing duplicates and imperfections, ensuring efficient database functionality. Assess data security risks and monitor usage to prevent breaches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Master Data Management:
  Oversee global master data lifecycle processes, including creation, validation, and deactivation for ERP and CRM systems.
  Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures.
  Ensure data quality and integrity across systems.
• Process Improvement:
  Suggest or support process improvements and best practices in data management.
  Conduct regular data audits and quality assessments.
• Training and Support:
  Provide training and support to staff on data management practices.
  Resolve data-related issues and discrepancies within systems.
• Documentation:
  Maintain documentation for data management processes and policies.
  Translate business requirements into data modeling solutions and infrastructure.
• Data Operations:
  Responsible for data migration and standardization across the organization.
• Data Visualization and Reporting:
  Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to support decision-making.
  Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  Utilize tools like Power BI to create dashboards and deliver insights in an accessible format.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education:
  Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience:
  3-5 years of experience in master data management or a similar role.
  Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server with advanced SQL query skills.
  Strong understanding of data architecture and governance principles.
• Skills:
  Proficiency in data management tools (e.g., MSSQL Server Management Studio, Power BI, Excel).
  Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using RapidStart tools and Configuration Packages for Dynamics Navision and/or Business Central.

• Design and build data pipelines infrastructure to collect, process and store data from various sources.
• Develop data assets platform to provide a centralized repository for managing and accessing data assets.
• Implement automated SQL queries based on user-defined criteria or business requirements.
• Use techniques like query templates, metadata-driven generation, or machine learning algorithms to generate SQL queries.
• Create new IPs in Singapore in area of expertise.
• Manage collaboration projects with Institute of Higher Learning or Research Institutes on new technology development.

Requirements:

• Degree / Masters / PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics Applied Sciences or related field.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Java or Scala programming languages.
• Understand data warehousing concepts, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools like Informatica, Talend, or Airflow.
• Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Familiar with Apache Airflow, Kubernetes or Ansible for automating data pipelines and infrastructure.
