The role will be responsible for execution on our network capacity planning strategy and best practices. Under the direction and leadership of the Network Capacity Planning Product Manager, the primary responsibility of this analyst is to gather information from networking monitoring tools and system logs, analyze the information to make informed decisions regarding the enterprise network’s capacity and performance.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Functional Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with demand management, network teams, and business units to understand current and future network requirements for capacity planning aligned with business goals.
• Conduct thorough analysis of network traffic, utilization rates, and performance metrics using predictive analysis to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement. Incorporate historical data and consider projected growth and scalability requirements.

Qualification and Experience:

• 5+ years of strong engineering or operations experience with the components of a large global network infrastructure such as Routers, switches, LAN/SD-WAN, Load Balancer, Wireless, Cloud Networking and etc
• More than 1 year of specific experience in analytics or able to clearly articulate data driven decision making process
• Familiarity with network monitoring, reporting, and observability tools such as: SevOne, Logic Monitor, Thousand Eyes, Moogsoft, Dynatrace, NetBrain and/or Elastic
• Administration experience with monitoring tools in creating policies, fine-tuning parameters and setting proper thresholds will be added advantage
• Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, and/or Python or willingness to learn one or more of them
• Experience in Ansible will be added advantage
• Experience in production of regular capacity report which will highlight actionable items based on the logic used. Development of key thresholds that will trigger improvement action plan would be added advantage
• Experience with IT service management, ITIL certification preferred

What you will be working on

As a member of the Data Exploitation & Process Engineering section, you will drive process re-engineering to enhance operational efficiency and sustainability. Your role includes deploying data analytics for insights, supporting data management through governance and process coordination, and developing the Healthcare Datamart. You will also integrate it with the Unified Data Platform (UDP) and create healthcare dashboards for data-driven decision-making.

In this role, you will:

• Work with stakeholders to design and implement a comprehensive data management framework, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring consistent data quality and adherence to best practices across the organization.
• Partner with both internal and external stakeholders on data analytics projects to uncover insights that drive policy reviews and support the formulation of operational strategies aimed at achieving business goals and improving performance.
• Work closely with the IT support team to develop, manage, and maintain the healthcare data mart and associated IT systems, ensuring the timely availability, accuracy, and integrity of healthcare data for advanced analytics and decision-making.
