Main Responsibilities

• Handle public phone enquires on medical reports requests
• Process medical report requests and follow up on medical report requests status
• Process duplication of medical records for patients
• Perform records management such as engage porter to deliver documents to patient care areas, archiving of document in e-MRO storage and tracing
• Sorting and scanning of documents into the electronic medical record system
• Perform indexing and Quality Control check (100%) on the scanned images
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and projects in the department.

Requirements

• At least a GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ levels, Professionals Certificate/NITEC.
• Experience in healthcare preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• IT literacy and numeracy including conversational, writing making electronic entries e.g. Record information on forms, charts and checklists
• Able to adapt quickly to changes and work in a fast-paced environment

Your day to day responsibilities:

§ Gather and analyse requirements.

§ Design, develop and maintain data warehouse including SSIS packages with multiple data sources and multiple ETL branches.

§ Study and understand the company’s business processes and applications, including their effect on data and reporting, and applies the knowledge gained in designing data warehouses and reports.

§ Provide support and maintenance on ETL processes and documentation.

§ Ensure the best possible performance and quality in ETL.

§ Develop complex SQL queries and stored procedure.

§ Design, build and deploy BI solutions, mainly using SSRS, Power BI and others BI tools

§ Develop basic Financial Analysis and Excel model.

§ Manage customer and sales insights development.

§ Assisting business teams to prepare and provide weekly and monthly dashboards and reports.

Job Requirements:

§ 5+ years of experience in a relevant Data role - building and/or maintaining data warehouses

§ Knowledge of SQL queries, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server

§ Integration Services (SSIS)

§ Demonstrated experience working in web and digital marketing analytics. Preferably hands-on experience with the Google Analytics, Ads and Optimize; and Facebook’s analytics tools.

§ Able to convert data into meaningful insights to inform business decision making and outcomes.

§ Familiarity with BI technologies

§ Technology stack understanding

§ Language: C# .Net, PHP, AngularJS

§ Others: Windows Server, IIS, MS SQL, Site core, Power BI

§ Understanding of marketing metrics, media attribution models and campaign tracking.

§ Experience in Insurance domain / Digital marketing data analytics is a plus

To support our data science and AI efforts, we are seeking a data scientist / senior data scientist who has strong knowledge and expertise in data science, AI, machine learning and deep learning and has at least 2-3 years of experience with implementing data science and AI projects in a dynamic business environment. Successful candidates will work in a highly collaborative environment with internal and external stakeholders across different functional areas and business units. Candidates who additionally have experience with paints and coatings, chemistry or materials science are preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Implement and manage data science and AI projects throughout their lifecycles to meet business and technical needs
• Train, validate, test and deploy data science and AI models using on-premise and cloud resources
• Extract, transform, load and visualize data from various sources across the company in different geographical regions
• Gather and translate business and technical needs from internal and external stakeholders into metrics that can be optimized by data science and AI models
• Collaborate closely with domain experts (e.g. chemists), IT engineers, software engineers, technology leaders and business leaders to ensure that data science and AI projects will meet business and technical needs
• Prepare presentations and reports on data science and AI project outcomes to facilitate management’s decision-making and strategic planning
• Keep abreast of latest developments and trends in data science and AI and implement innovative data science and AI models and best practices timely
• Enthusiastic about learning relevant domain knowledge of paints and coatings that is needed to successfully execute data science and AI projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, master’s or PhD degree in computer science, AI, data science, electrical engineering, statistics, mathematics or related fields
• Strong knowledge and expertise in data science, AI, machine learning and deep learning
• At least 2 – 3 years of experience with implementing data science and AI projects in a business environment
• Proficient in programming e.g. Python
• Proficient in using machine learning frameworks e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras and scikit-learn
• Capable of working independently as well as in teams
• Excellent communication skills for presentations and reports
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Experience with paints and coatings, chemistry or materials science is a plus
