Tracking and evaluation of Contractor Claims, Variations, Delay, EoT and Delay Damages
Work closely with Safety Managers to ensure construction safety compliance.

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the Project Management of mission critical facilities (data center construction will be the most ideal)
Experience in managing building services Data Centre Greenfield Construction will be ideal
Uptime/TIA/Chartered Engineer certified will be a plus

My firm is currently hiring a Data Center Resident Engineer for our client who is a leading Technology MNC to work on-site at a datacenter under a telecommunication conglomerate. You will undertake the role of maintaining and managing the lifecycle of the computer hardware.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for IMAC (Installation, Move (within the same DC), Add & Change activities
Carry out preventive maintenance and perform periodic firmware update where applicable.
Participate in the maintenance of the data center, inspections, troubleshooting of computer hardware.
Skills and experiences required
· At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience as a resident engineer at a Datacentre
· Relevant working experience with Computer hardware such as ProLiant, Synergy Blades

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

The Data Operations team is responsible for providing data quality assurance for multiple datasets including pricing, securities and reference data, benchmarks, portfolios and fund.
The role sits in the Investment and Asset Data Support team, responsible for the stewardship and reporting of Asset data that resides in the Asset Data Store (ADS) and manage Data Quality exceptions in Data Management Platform (DMP) an ensuring the data is complete, consistent, fit for purpose and ready for consumption for all end users.
The daily review and validation of daily Security Master Reference data in internal DMP system and resolve exceptions in timely manner.
Resolution of exceptions to ensure data integrity.
Managing and monitoring controls to ensure data quality and consistency.
Resolving data issues highlighted as part of data validation process and manage escalations.
ASSET DATA REPORTING:
Perform monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reporting for Major Life client on monthly basis in timely manner.
Sourcing and onboarding of new market data required for reporting.
