JOB DESCRIPTION

• Plan and execute a variety of events, such as conferences, seminars, product launches, corporate meetings, and social events
• Create detailed event plans, including timelines, budgets, staffing needs, and logistical requirements
• Source, negotiate with, and manage relationships with vendors, including venues, caterers, decorators, AV technicians, and entertainment providers
• Monitor expenses, manage invoices, and reconcile post-event financials to stay within the allocated budget
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events through digital channels, social media, email campaigns, and other media
• Manage on-site event operations, including registration, catering, technical setups, and attendee management
• Coordinate and brief event staff, volunteers, and service providers to ensure smooth execution
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met throughout the planning and execution phases
• Conduct post-event evaluations to assess event success, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement
