We are seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented, and analytical Data Management and Reporting Data Analyst to join our team. The successful individual will play a vital role in ensuring the organisation’s compliance with regulatory requirement through accurate and timely data analysis and reporting. He/she will also be responsible for collecting, extracting, managing, and analysing data to provide insights that drive decision-making and enhance the organisation’s operations.

The Challenges:

• Collect, extract, clean and manage data from various sources

What it Takes:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Data Management and Reporting
• Proficiency in data management tools and software (e.g. SAS, R, MS Excel, MS Access, Python, SQL query)
• Proficiency in data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, QlikView/Qlik Sense)
• Prior hands-on experience in using OAS/OBIEE to create dashboards and to generate comprehensive reports preferred
• Prior hands-on experiences in UiPath (RPA software) will have added advantage
• Preferably work experience in health-related setting such as hospitals, public health organizations and academic institutions
• Ability to work in a team and independently with minimal supervision
• Work beyond routine work responsibilities and office hours, in the exigencies of services (e.g. during infectious disease outbreaks and mass casualty incident)
