The Routing Data Analyst will support the Global Carrier Network Operations function

through the analysis of data and trends about quality, cost, and client traffic behaviour of our

SMS and Voice Products. This key-role will help the Vonage API platform, to onboard

customers’ traffic, optimise Cost or Quality, and a fine balance between the two.

You will

● Own part of the Routing table for the Global Carrier Network team (Use/Create insights

from available data, Analyse data for decision making) with focus on Quality and Cost.

The role of Sr. Manager of Data is a highly visible role within the team and organization. As a Sr. Manager of Data, you will have direct client responsibility, management responsibility for your team, and be a technical lead for your direct reports and others. The Sr. Manager of Data is responsible for several areas of the business:

• Accountable for designing, delivering, and maintaining all aspects of the data management process for any assigned clients

• Balancing getting the data perfect or in very good modeling shape versus the demands of the clients around what is required
