Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.

Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in Big Data architecture and infrastructure.

Technical Expertise:

a) Cloudera CDH/CDP platforms and Cloudera Machine Learning.

b) Azure Cloud architecture and deployment.

c) Experience with Kubernetes, VMWare, RHEL, and container orchestration.

d) Monitoring tools: Prometheus, Grafana.

e) Security tools: Trend Micro, CyberArk.

f) Scripting: Shell scripting and automation with Chef.

g) Strong experience with Tableau and SAS for data visualization and analytics.

h) AML application expertise and experience with Elasticsearch.

i) Database expertise in PostgreSQL.

j) Strong experience in infrastructure management with HPE servers.

k) Proven experience in working with cloud and on-premise environments.

Preferred Skills:

a) Experience with disaster recovery, high availability, and security compliance.

b) Experience with DevOps practices and continuous integration (CI) pipelines.

c) Experience managing large-scale environments and multi-tier architectures.

Responsibilities:

• Leverage state-of-the-art algorithms to build fully customized recommenders, search engines and other growth models.
• Develop, deploy and maintain all components necessary for modeling, including feature engineering, automatic model training & tuning, engineering toolchain, and API service.
• Build comprehensive monitoring framework for running performance, and provide insights to facilitate business growth in terms of converted awareness and transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build data pipelines infrastructure to collect, process and store data from various sources.
• Develop data assets platform to provide a centralized repository for managing and accessing data assets.
• Implement automated SQL queries based on user-defined criteria or business requirements.
• Use techniques like query templates, metadata-driven generation, or machine learning algorithms to generate SQL queries.
• Create new IPs in Singapore in area of expertise.
• Manage collaboration projects with Institute of Higher Learning or Research Institutes on new technology development.

Requirements:

• Degree / Masters / PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics Applied Sciences or related field.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Java or Scala programming languages.
• Understand data warehousing concepts, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools like Informatica, Talend, or Airflow.
• Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Familiar with Apache Airflow, Kubernetes or Ansible for automating data pipelines and infrastructure.
