Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in the field of Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Economics, Business, Data Science or a related field
• Proficient with real-life applications of analytics, dashboarding and reporting languages and software such as Excel, R, Python, Tableau, VBA, HTML, JavaScript, SQL, etc
• Working experience in healthcare-related industry and held a role in Business Intelligence, Systems Integration, Data Warehouse Management, Data Science or Data Engineering related areas.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills

Job Description

• Develop a detailed project plan for each customer deployment.
• Monitor and track the progress of deployments, ensuring the project plan stays updated.
• Prepare a bill of materials (BOM) and define scope/specifications for each subcontractor involved in implementing customer requirements.
• Oversee material suppliers and contractors involved in projects.
• Offer technical guidance and project oversight to property and data center managers.
• Handle issue resolution, expedite orders, and coordinate cross-functional communication, including managing customer change requests.
• Provide Technical and Project Oversight and support to the property and data center managers.

The Successful Applicant

• 5 years+ of experience in deploying fixtures and infrastructure within a raised floor data center
• Extensive expertise in rack, cage, electrical distribution, and data cabling infrastructure.
• Bachelor's degree holder in Engineering or equivalent
• High-level proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans, one-line diagrams, and specifications.
• Experience with material vendors, inventory management, and vendor-managed inventory systems.

Role description

Create analytics content based on specifications created by the company's business analysts. Design and write reports based on an in-depth knowledge of operational system usage. This level of knowledge requires a deep understanding of system build, end user workflows, and patterns of use. The candidate shall have both the technical skills required to design and write reports and the operational knowledge to help them understand what report consumers need to see.
