Job Description

• Implement advanced monitoring systems to ensure product quality and optimize yield.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance overall product quality.
• Lead initiatives to integrate and improve abnormal quality issues within the manufacturing process.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions and preventive measures.
• Drive initiatives to improve internal quality control procedures and enhance overall process capability.
• Implement best practices to streamline processes and maximize operational efficiency.
• Take the lead in addressing and improving customer-reported quality issues.
• Compile comprehensive reports for stakeholders, detailing corrective actions and preventive measures.
• Devise and implement plans to optimize quality inspection processes.
• Identify opportunities for automation and technological advancements to improve inspection efficiency.
• Foster open communication and collaboration across departments.
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure a cohesive approach to quality management.
• Oversee personnel-related tasks, including task assignments, operation coordination, attendance and performance management.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.
• Take charge of supervising the timely delivery of tasks and projects.
• Ensure that quality objectives are met within established timelines.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in quality management, with a focus on manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and standards.
• Effective communication and team collaboration skills.
• Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma) is a plus.

Job Purpose:

The SSM is the main interface between the Company's Customers and Suppliers including the end customer of the Partner. SSM is responsible for business expansion & execution of the suppliers' strategy.   Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • >5 to 10 Years proven experience in Sales & Marketing is preferred.​ Prior knowledge in end to end network, application and clouds security will be added advantage

  • Relevant experience with resellers would be an added advantage.

  • A proven track record of consistently achieving and often exceeding sales targets.

  • Demonstrate strong capability in planning, strategizing, execution skill and entrepreneurial spirit.

  • Experience in ensuring sales forecast accuracy and operational excellence.

  • Excellent networking abilities with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, resourceful, with a lot of initiative.

  • A team player who enjoys working and leading in cross functional team environment.

  • Strong communication skills and fluent in English.
