• Monitor project budgets, ensuring financial goals are met without exceeding limits
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document key action points for follow-up
• Identify potential challenges and collaborate with teams to resolve them proactively
• Support the project manager in prioritizing tasks and managing workload efficiently
• Act as a point of contact for stakeholders, addressing queries and providing updates
• Conduct research and analysis to support project strategies and decision-making
• Continuously look for process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency

• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously
