Wealth Credit Management (WCM) is a newly formed business line to provide integrated end to end credit underwriting, transaction and portfolio management in partnership with origination businesses of the Private Bank and Wealth Management of Citi. Our client, a global leader in real estate and workplace management solutions, is seeking a skilled Data Center Operations Technician to support the daily operations of their data centers and critical facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage contractors/vendors in daily data center operations.
- Monitor and inspect infrastructure systems, facilities, and environmental controls.
- Handle system alerts, incident management, and escalations for downtime.
- Oversee service desk operations and ensure adherence to safety practices.
- Liaise with stakeholders on utilities, building services, and system issues.
- Assist in disaster recovery planning and execution.
- Maintain and update records, permits, and asset databases as per CMMS requirements.
- Review operations periodically, report gaps, and prepare monthly updates.Key Requirements:
- Diploma in Computer Science or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Data Centre Professional.
- At least 3 years of experience in data center operations, facilities monitoring, and management.
- Knowledge of data center facilities, including CRAC, fire suppression systems, water detection systems, and UPS.
- Familiarity with service desk operations and incident management processes.
- Basic understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems.
