POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS :

Role and Responsibilities

Requirements / Qualifications a) Degree/Master in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent. b) Seven (7) years’ experience in providing data warehouse or advanced analytics solutions. c) Minimal Four (4) years’ experience in project management. d) Thorough understanding of data warehouse concepts, dimensional design, and advanced analytics techniques. e) Experience in any Data Management, Business Intelligence or Advanced Analytics tools. f) Ability to manage/influence users, vendors and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams. g) Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently, as well as in a team. h) Exposure to hospital information / clinical systems is an added advantage. i) AWS cloud experience is a must. j). Experience in Tableau Cloud, Informatica IDMC and Databricks projects is preferred.

We seek a highly skilled and motivated Data & BI Lead to join our ERP Team on a 2-Year Contract basis. This person will report to Technology Director and is a subject matter expert and data champion, with previous experience and accountability of delivering scalable solutions and enterprise data models across business applications, reporting and analytics domains.

Role and Responsibilities

We seek a highly skilled and motivated Senior Data Engineer to join our ERP Project Team on a 2-Year Contract basis. This person will report to the BI & Data Lead and will provide technical support for the data migration to the new ERP solution.

• Create a development, test & production environment with suitable support from IT.
• Support Data Migration Lead in source to target mapping.
• Develop the ETL coding required to migrate legacy data to loading templates, that the SI will then load. Will also have to version all code and provide auditable promotion of this from development to test to production within the Technical Data Migration Team Database.
• Creation of staging tables and other data structures within the Technical Data Migration Team Database. This will include separating data provided for different test phases e.g. SIT, UAT, Cutover and Go Live.

Co-Development Business Unit is looking for Data Engineer

This is a healthcare application:

• Mobile application (iOS and Android)
• Dashboard (React)

What will you do?

• Support the development and business teams in unit testing and archiving data, engineered features, and algorithmic inputs/outputs throughout the data pipeline and to support analytics.
• Proven experience as a data engineer/ data analyst in mobile app development projects and administrative dashboards.

1. Create unit tests throughout the data and algorithms domain:

• Work with engineering and business teams to implement wide-coverage unit tests of data and engineered features at different stages throughout the data collection and processing pipeline
• Create unit tests of inputs to and outputs from the algorithms that drive the clinical service
• The unit tests include validation of the inputs and outputs of black-box machine learning algorithms
• Establish a regular process to execute the tests and document their outcomes as a part of our product development and release lifecycle

2. Implement and refine mechanisms to continuously archive the state of algorithmic inputs and outputs:

• Implement a process of taking snapshots of data/features input into algorithms necessary to recreate their outputs/predictions at any point in the past during the service
• Communicate requirements to the software development team

3. Assist in the successful delivery of regular service analytics and reports:

• Support the business and analytics teams in their daily and weekly delivery of reports on data completion, user engagement, and algorithm actions by addressing any data quality and validation requirements.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, business analytics, technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data engineering, data analytics, or data product management roles within the tech industry. Experience in healthcare is a plus.
• Ability to implement tests in Python.
• Experience in machine learning algorithms
• Good understanding of the validation requirements of an algorithmic product. Knowledge of healthcare regulation and auditing requirements is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage existing databases by extracting, cleaning, processing, and analyzing data for routine and ad-hoc reports.
• Develop new databases for clinical audits, surveillance programs, and research projects.
• Design methodologies and systems for managing and extracting complex data from multiple sources.
• Produce documentation, including standards, best practices, policies, and procedures for data management.
• Prepare and present data analysis reports, ensuring clarity in data structures and insights.
• Generate quarterly and annual reports for IMI and other related services.
• Provide data support for research activities and quality improvement projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including ICU and ID physicians, microbiologists, and pharmacists.
• Support administrative duties and contribute to hospital-wide and departmental quality improvement initiatives.
• Work beyond routine responsibilities during infectious disease outbreaks or as needed.

Requirements:

Key Job Purpose:

• To perform the role of Regional Material and Customer Master Data Steward.
• Manage and coordinate that product master data are created and changed in a timely and accurately based on information provided by requestor into the central ERP for AP region.
• Reporting product and customer master data standards’ quality metrics and KPIs.
• Represent AP region in the MDG team to coordinate global product master data creation and changes that impacts AP region including providing AP region’s perspective on data standards.
• Maintain an up-to-date data standard in collaboration with Global Master Data Governance (MDG) team and AP region business process owners.
• Continuously improve the process to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Job Responsibilities:

1.Manage and coordinate product master data are created and changed in a timely and accurately based on information provided by requestor into the central ERP:

a) Review completed forms provided by requestors to ensure that the forms are completed in accordance to established data standards.

b) Approve data created in ERP system by shared service center team.

c) Keep up to date on product launch, change and discontinuation by Marketing team to gather information on relevant to manage product master data changes, including:

i. Tracking all the changes to a project plan and conduct all the necessary follow-up to conclusion of the project plan.

ii. Store and maintain documentation related to the changes in a central storage location.

d) Address questions and clarification requests from requestors pertaining to the master data with the support from BAM team as appropriate.

2.Reporting product master data standards’ quality metrics and KPIs:

a) Using data analytics skills, generate and analyse quarterly reports on data quality metrics for review by Chief Data Governance Officer and Business Process Owner.

b) Implement corrective actions to rectify data errors with various departments in RHQ and affiliates’ data stewards.

c) Prepare reports on data quality KPIs for all affiliates.

3.Represent AP region in the Global Master Data Governance (MDG) team to coordinate global product master data creation and changes that impacts AP region including providing AP region’s perspective on data standards:

a) Review creation/change requests on global product master data requested by other regions. If there are changes that impact AP region, coordinate within AP region to define and coordinate change efforts with various departments.

b) Provide justifications for AP region’s requested creation/changes to the Global MDG team.

c) Provide AP region’s perspective to the global data standards in Global MDG discussions and convey/rollout global conclusions within AP region.

4.Maintain an up-to-date data standard in collaboration with Global Master Data Governance (MDG) team and AP region business process owners:

a) Establish the required updates to the data standard as determined together with the MDG team, business process owners and BAM team.

b) Update the data standards in the appropriates documents, files, templates including planning and provide training to the impacted departments.

5.Continuously improve the process to enhance efficiency and accuracy:

a) Review the various procedures and SOPs and discuss with business process owners and data stewards to implement process improvements.

b) Carry out training to new staff joining other departments e.g., Supply Chain, Customer Care, Marketing, on the process for product master data creation and maintenance.

6.Region controlling activities for Customer master:

a) Monitor data against agreed data quality metrics (weekly)

b) Report on data quality issues

c) Communicate data quality results to the data owner and data governance officer

7.Any other duties as may be assigned

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in IT or Business Administration or equivalent with 3 to 5 years in using SAP ECC6 or S/4 as material master data administrator.
• SAP ECC6 certification in MM or SD an added advantage
• Minimum 1 cycle of ERP implementation or enhancements.
• MS Excel, MS Project, product life cycle, process improvements, data analytics
• Team player, resourceful and sense of urgency.
