• Plan and develop master plans, A&A plans, M&E plans, and renovations for retail outlets.
• Prepare and submit renovation plans complying with local regulations and landlord requirements.
• Source fit-out contractors, manage the tender process, and coordinate with multiple trade contractors and suppliers during project execution.
• Arrange and attend site meetings, coordinate on-site installation work, and supervise installation activities.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders (contractors, suppliers, business partners, landlords, colleagues) on shop fitting progress.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, supervising and coordinating works according to project plans for quality and timeliness.
• Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to ensure high-quality work by contractors and suppliers.
• Perform quality checks and manage project handover, addressing outstanding matters/defect items.
• Provide progress updates to the Accounts department for billing purposes.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Diploma / certification in any of the following: Architecture, Interior Design, Project/construction management, related building construction/ M&E studies.
• Min two (2) years of experience in project management, preferably in retail industry.
• Familiar with Architectural Drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCad, Adobe (CS, Photoshop, Illustrator), Corel, SketchUp, 3D Max
• Familiar with carpentry, electrical, renovation works and fit-out works.
• Creative and have interest in changing trends in retail space design

Primary Tasks

• Generate mechanical design concepts and feasibility studies for making proposals for CIP/R&D project requests.

• Responsible for solid models in 3D (parts and assemblies), 2D drawings, bills of material, submitting ECO’s, test specifications, functional specification, and product specifications.

• Work hands-on when needed in the engineering lab and manufacturing to support the installation and test of CES/CIP designs that get delivered on customer systems.

Requirements:
