Project Manager (Main jobscope)

• Familiar with all the documents submission to relevant government authorities
• Liaise with consultants and/ or sub-contractors engaged on the project
• Attend regular meeetings with client/ owner/ contractors/ sub-contractors and ensure the progress is on schedule
• Identify and comply with all applicable statuary/ regulatory requirements related to project
• Communication to external parties including client, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, etc on project needs, requirements and schedule by means of daily construction oversight
• Plan the work schedule and efficiently organize the site facilities in order to meet an agreed program of deadlines
• Monitor and manage day-to-day operations of projects, including developing and coordinating activities with other sub-contractors
