Your Job Scope:

Sales acquisition for renovation projects. (Qualified leads will be provided)

Advisory on space planning and design

Preparation of quotation based on clients’ requirements

Project management for renovation works including site supervision and project coordination

Schedule workflow to meet customer move in date.

Work closely with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project work smoothly

Able to travel to renovation site during renovation period

Responds to clients’ email/tele enquires in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

Candidates with higher NITEC, Diploma, Bachelor Degree is preferred

Knowledge in Photoshop & AutoCAD (preferred)

Candidates without the required education are welcome to apply and will be qualified on a case by case basis

Possess a positive & vibrant personality, creative with an eye for detail

• Devise mechanical solutions and integration of electrical components on subassembly or assembly level.
• Design products for additive manufacturing and design for assembly.
• Considering user perspective and user interaction in design.
• Preparation of necessary 3D and 2D documents for prototyping and manufacturing.
• Hands on building and evaluating of proof of concept.
• Managing and maintaining of 3D printers.
• Introduce good practices and improve workflows.
• Prepare and document all necessary project and product design documents.

Who you are

• Mechanical or Mechatronics or Advance & Digital manufacturing background
• Enjoys product design and working in the cross-section of additive manufacturing and drone technologies.
• Design for additive manufacturing knowledge
• Possess Cad skills (Solidworks, Autocad)
• Interested in drone, UAV related technology and additive manufacturing.
• Able to work on multiple projects concurrently.

Job Description

Our client is one of Singapore’s leading A1 civil contractor with presence across APAC and a portfolio of mega civil infrastructure projects. In view of recent project wins, they are looking for a Senior Design Engineer for large civil contract in Singapore.

Job Description:

• Review shop drawings such as piling, structures, formwork
• Provide practical construction solution
• Liaise with Professional Engineer review and check construction drawings, shop drawings, method statement and construction sequence for all aspects of temporary and permanent works
• Provide coordination with QPD/QPS and client regarding engineering proposal and submissions to carry out construction work for LTA projects
• Liaise with sub-contractor design team for designing clearance

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or similar discipline
• Min 8 years of experience in LTA/MRT projects required, with at least 5 years on site.
