This research project aims to grasp dynamic changes in hotel capital investments and their influences on tourism-related local businesses before, during, and after the pandemic on two geographic scales -- region (Asia-Pacific) and city (Singapore). The Research Assistant (one-year contract) will undertake the following research activities:
