• Assist Project Manager in coordinating issued of sales and ourchase related documents (invocie）
• Responsible of general administration function
• Provide administrative support to teh account department
• Daily update in Goggle Spreadhseet
• Stock taking
• Administrative works about general workers
• Submission for project documents to related parties

• Organising and managing project teams, including hiring contractors as needed to complete specific tasks
• Ensuring that all costs are within budget and working with team members to identify opportunities for cost savings
• Communicating with clients throughout teh project to ensure they are satisfied with progress and updates
• Developing and implementing project timelines, ensuring that deadlines are met and that tasks are completed on time
• Evaluating project risks and making recommendations for mitigation of identified risks
• Managing the day-to-day operations of projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
• Communicating within architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and other parties involved in the project
• Ensuring that all project documentations is completed according to company standards and laws

• Understand teh project brief from designers/ clients
• Developed designs and concepts based on the clients' corporate identity
• Preparre construction, joinery and details drawings
• Prepare specifications for Furnitur, Finishes and Equipment's
• Technical Drawing (AutoCAD): Space Planning & Construction Drawing
