Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Sales department for the required documentation in each project.
• Prepare electrical line and detailed schematic drawings and proposed general arrangement based on the customer order information, work together with sales team to ensure that drawings match with customer order and update drawings and design based on customer's feedback.
• Prepare bill of materials or BOMs to capture all the parts and components that are required for the whole system design.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure that correct materials and components are delivered and raise purchase requisitions.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate preparation of project documentation, such as engineering drawings, production specifications and schedules, and contract modifications, to ensure customer contract requirements are met.

• Attend to technical questions and problems of clients.
