Daily Task

Main Task

• Design and Update Electrical & Instrument system layouts, single line diagrams, control schematics equipment/material schedules and date sheets, control wiring diagram for control systems etc
• Drafts engineering documents for clients submission or for construction
• Tender proposal, drawing of Heat Tracing System
• Coordinates and cooperates with other disciplines on new process requirements, design interference check and design changes
• Adheres to ISO quality requirements in the execution of works
• Adheres to drawing checking procedure
• Performs electrical calculations on cable sizing, lighting illumination level, cable ladder/tray sizing etc
• Production planning and co-ordination of production activities to meet deadlines
• Do the QC on Electrical related items
• Prepare Engineering change form when there are changes in design
• Attend meeting with Sales personnel to Client office or Site
• Not authorize to sign any company documents during probation period
• Other Ad-Hoc duties assigned from time to time

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand the objectives and requirements for each video project.
• Edit raw footage into high-quality videos that align with our brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
• Use video editing software to create visually appealing and professional videos.
• Apply creative and innovative editing techniques to enhance video content, including color correction, audio enhancements, and visual effects.
• 5. Work closely with the creative team to incorporate graphics, animations, and other visual elements into videos.
• Oversee projects from inspiration to final delivery, including conceptualizing, writing, and managing editorial and branded content, graphics production, music composition and sound design
• Ensure that videos are optimized for different platforms and formats (e.g., social media, website, presentations).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts and storyboards that effectively communicate key messages about our software products.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video editing and marketing to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of our videos.
• Meet project deadlines and manage multiple video editing projects simultaneously.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Video Editor or similar role, preferably in a marketing or software development environment.
• Proficient in using video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of video production processes, including shooting, editing, and post-production techniques.
• Knowledge of current video editing trends, techniques, and software advancements.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and take direction from the marketing team while also bringing innovative ideas to the table.
• Familiarity with marketing principles and an understanding of how to create videos that effectively promote software products.
• Strong communication skills and ability to effectively present and explain video editing choices to the marketing team.
• A portfolio of previous video editing work that demonstrates technical proficiency and creative abilities.
