We are seeking a proactive Sales & marketing executive to expand our business by building and nurturing relationships with architectural firms and other stakeholders in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong networks with architectural firms to promote company products and solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and manage the sales process from lead generation to closing.
• Provide technical advice and tailored solutions to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales within the construction industry, with a strong network in architectural firms.
• Knowledge of construction materials, systems, or solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.

Job title: Interior Designer (Sales)

Job Scope:

• Undertake design projects from conceptualization to completion

• Advise clients on space planning and design concepts

• Generate quotation based on clients’ requirements

• Scheduling and coordination for renovation

• Assist in material proposal and products sourcing

• Manages the coordination and logistics of product deliveries and installation

• Travel to renovation site during renovation period

• Develop and maintains productive and effective relationships with customers

Requirements:

• Full commission based job

• Singaporeans/PRs only

• Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude, sales driven and highly self-motivated

• Able to multi-task and handle multiple projects and timelines

• Able to work independently and in teams

• Able to handle client’s inquiries even during off work hours and weekends

• Has prior knowledge in Illustator, Autocad or Sketch-up (is added advantage but not necessary)
