We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Interior Design Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of interior design projects. The Interior Design Project Manager will collaborate closely with the design team, clients, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Coordination:Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
Coordinate project logistics, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Team Collaboration:Work closely with the interior design team to understand project requirements and provide necessary support.
Facilitate effective communication among team members, ensuring everyone is aligned with project goals.
Client Interaction:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
Ensure client satisfaction through proactive engagement and responsiveness.
Budget Management:Collaborate with the design team to establish project budgets and monitor expenditures.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage changes to scope while maintaining financial objectives.
Contractor and Vendor Management:Source, select, and manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and vendors.
Ensure that all external partners adhere to project timelines and quality standards.
Quality Assurance:Conduct regular site visits to ensure the quality and accuracy of work being performed.
Implement and enforce design standards to uphold project integrity.
Risk Management:Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or budget.
Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Project Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the interior design industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and interior design principles.
