Job Description:

You will be responsible for the design of innovative, high-performance, and reliable high-speed analog ICs for SerDes applications. These products aim to enable the next-generation of data communication systems using high speed wireline transmission, empowering the ever growing digital revolution. You will work within a group of design experts interfacing with layout, overseas design teams to create detailed specifications, innovative designs to meet the technological requirements.

Key responsiblities:

• Planning and designing of high speed analog IC for Serdes application based on design requirements
• Perform circuit simulation and optimization to meet specification
• Prepare and discuss circuit, results of design in design reviews
• Conduct IC verification and debugging to ensure silicon perform according to design.
• Work with layout engineer for device level design to realize best circuit response
• Work with application engineers to support customer application issues

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics engineering or equivalent.
• Possess experience working in IC design environment
• Good knowledge in CMOS analog circuit design/processes
• Good knowledge in High-Speed Interfaces design and be willing to take on the challenge of creating cutting-edge new technology by anticipating market trends and product evolution.
• Posess good knowledge in analyzing and designing High-Speed Interface PHY, ADC, PLL, Clock and data recovery (CDR),Equalization and signal integrity optimization, Ampllfiers, reference voltages etc.
• Experience in developing IC and proficient in design tools usage (Cadence/Synopsys, Custom Compiler/Fine Sim)
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team

EV-Electric (EVe) Charging Pte Ltd is a subsidiary of the Land Transport Authority of Singapore (LTA), which coordinates the national effort to undertake the electrical infrastructure upgrades and deployment of electric vehicles charging points (EVCPs) primarily in Singapore’s residential carparks.

You will lead the project execution of the electrical infrastructure upgrade (including substations, consumer switch rooms) for power provision to EV chargers.

Overall, as a Design Manager, you will be responsible for the Charging Operations in the assigned zone(s). The job will include the following:

· Develop and implement end-to-end design development and deployment of EV chargers in public car parks. This also includes developing the tender specifications and requirements.

· Lead the design reviews to ensure EV charger deployment are carried out in compliance with the contract specifications and agencies’ code of practices and regulations.

· Support the deployment management process and coordinate with other public agencies to facilitate approval processes.

This role will also require collaboration with other government agencies, industry partners and community partners to manage the EVCPs’ installation within a designated geographical boundary. Project and people management skills will be tested to meet the master project implementation schedule, as well as to ensure smooth downstream operations and maintenance.

You are typically expected to ensure the contractor follows set regulations and is empowered to call out deviations. You shall also be the de facto deputy in the absence of the project manager for all matters.

Requirements:

· Tertiary qualification in engineering fields.

· Candidates with engineering experience in design and project management, as well as strong administration skills are preferred.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with team members and external stakeholders.

· Meticulous, efficient time manager, and skilful operator under tight deadlines

· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite software, and knowledge in Geographic Information System (GIS) platforms, applications, and interfaces preferred

· At least 5 years of relevant working experience, and at least 3 years of prior experience in managing diverse stakeholders.

Job Descriptions:

1. Participate in high-level product specifications, microarchitecture and implementation of high-speed memory interfaces

2. Responsible for delivery of AMS circuits in SerDes, including the evaluation of different circuit topologies

3. Worked on high-speed serial and parallel interface design, defining specifications and implementing modules such as bandgap, bias circuits, LDO regulators, amplifiers, comparators, switched capacitor circuits, ADCs, DACs, oscillators, filters, Tx/Rx equalization techniques and circuits such as de emphasis, CTLE, DFE, CDR architecture and implementation, high-speed digital circuits (serializers, deserializers, counters, dividers, etc.)

4. Work with the verification team for lab debugging

5. Work with the software team and/or customers to solve problems, debug and tune system performance

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in communications, electronic engineering or computer engineering, master’s degree preferred

2. More than 4 years (senior engineer) and 6 years (staff engineer) of ASIC design experience, familiar with ASIC development process

3. Good AMS circuit design skills and EDA tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Calibre, Hspice/Spectre, and static timing analysis tools (e.g., Nanotime)

4. Familiarity with high-speed interfaces such as DDR, SerDes, PCIe is preferred

5. Ability to solve customer problems and deliver results in a timely manner

6. Strong organizational and communication skills where English is a must and Chinese is preferred
