Core Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare plan drawing and 3D drawing using Autocad
• To do colour scheme confirmation
• To tick off quantity of layouts
• Placing order for projects
• Prepare handover material/checklist for handover
• Prepare Master programme and ensure work progresses in accordance with schedule
• Coordinate all aspects of the project works with client, consultants and subcontractors
• Inspect work in progress on site to ensure quality is in compliance with drawing
• Attend site and coordination meeting

Skills, Experience Competencies Required

• 0 - 1 year of relevant working experience preferred
• Fresh Graduate Candidates without relevant working experience will be considered
• Possess strong problem-solving abilities
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Able to multitask, possess good interpersonal and organizational skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Microsoft Office, Power Point, AutoCAD will be an added advantage

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for on-time delivery of technical plans, drawings, designs and the relevant details for tenders, submissions, construction and other pre and post project purposes;

- Prepare on-time precise drawings and quantity form for contracts administration and production use;

- Monitor the progress of coordination and settlement of all discrepancies and issues relating to drawings between team member and clients’ representative;

- Explore, recommend and implement improvements and preventive measure for design and drawing efficiency.

Requirements:

- Degree in Civil / Structural / Environmental Engineering , Engineering Drafting or its equivalent;

- Proficient in AutoCAD and BIM (Tekla);

- 3-D Modelling an advantage;

- Good and proven experience in precast components design;

- Familiar with HDB standard precast details;

- Working closely and coordinating with main contractors, architects and CS consultants;

- 5-working day a week.

About the Job

• Analyse and assess tender documents, contracts and specifications regarding technologies, methods, processes, stakeholders and QHSE-S and perform initial opportunity and risk analyses, determine which parties and/or sub-contractors need to be involved.
• Translate specifications and/or client requirements to (parts of) a design/construction proposal/stakeholder management plan, propose method statements and/or carry out engineering and/or calculations, prepare the contractual qualifications and technical assumptions
• Coordinate with various teams, such as contractors and subcontractors, to ensure that the design is implemented accurately. To pay attention to detail, ensuring that design is executed according to the plan, construction methodologies and materials.
• Assist in decision making and resolve any design-related challenges that may arise.
• To ensure compliance to Statutory regulations of project’s country of origin. To ensure designs meet all legal requirements, building codes, and safety standards, and must stay updated with the latest regulations and work closely with regulatory bodies to obtain necessary approvals and permits.
• Responsible for managing the engineering & design process for the company
• Managing design schedule , external and internal design resource management, quality control, and compliance with regulations.
• Attend meetings with consultant and review their design to ensure the design adequacy to meet the relevant requirements and the project’s preference.
• Coordinate with construction team to make sure the feasibility and constructability of designed scheme.
• Work closely with Consultants and Client’s Technical Personnel. To actively lead and/or participate in design meetings, providing valuable insights and feedback.
• To ensure that the design aligns with project requirements, functionality, cost and safety considerations.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Geotechical Engineering recognized by the PE Board.
• At least 15-years experience in design of civil and structures of large-scale Civil , infrastructure projects (S$100mil)
• Understand international and domestic standards for design work (e.g. British standard, Singapore standard and other offshore design standard etc)

• Design and create system architecture, electrical schematic, wiring diagrams, IO map, PLC code, panel layouts and PCB boards for automation machines
• Create electrical bill of materials (BOM), spare part list, installation instruction manual, maintenance guides
• Perform machine system set up, IO check and trouble-shooting of electrical system
• Perform circuit simulations/analysis, design, development, testing and debugging of circuit board and embedded firmware
• Create PCB board bill of materials (BOM), Gerber file, assembly drawing, schematic drawing, technical design documentation, simulations/analysis report, test report
• PCB prototype board making and debugging

Requirements

Job Description:

● Perform analog/mixed signal layout for short range RF wireless applications (i.e WiFi, BT etc) using advanced sub-micron CMOS/SiGe/GaAs technologies

● Configure foundry DRC/LVS rules and perform physical verifications on completed RFIC layout such as DRC, LVS, ERC, Antenna, Density, ESD, LUP, EM, IR, etc.

● Run layout parasitic extraction in preparation for post layout simulation and optimization.

● Integration of RFIC chip for tape out to foundry.

Skills / Qualifications:

• More than 3 years RFIC layout and Top level IC integration experience in CMOS (28nm, 16nm, 7nm, 5nm)/SiGe/GaAs process
• Experience in layout of RF building blocks such as PA / LNA / Mixer / VCO / IF filter / Balun / Inductor etc
• Must have strong knowledge in RFIC layout verification flow (i.e DRC, ERC, LVS, ANT etc) and usage of CAD layout verification tools such as Cadence, Mentor Graphics tools
• Highly motivated, able to work independently and demonstrates strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Some experience in script writing such as pearl, skill etc will be advantageous
• Good interpersonal and creative skills with the ability to multitask in a demanding and fast paced environment.
• Good team player
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or any relevant courses.
