• Knowlege & experience in panel making

Requirement

• Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent

• Possess knowledge of industrial automation & engineering, PLC, CAD. Experience in automation design are advantages.

• Driving Licence with Class 3,2B are advantages

• Candidate with relevant experience in metal fabrication, semi-con, precision engineering and engineering industry will be advantageous.

• Has at least 5 years experience operating CNC Milling Machines and CNC Turning Machines
• Able to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Has CAM Programme knowledge
• Set-up individual tools for machine operation in CNC Milling Machines and CNC Turning Machines
• Able to do process management plan and operation
• Create Geommetry and check machining simulation
• Generate NC programme and put the programme to designated machines
• Work according to production plan and to maintain operational efficiency
• Carry out in-process measurements and to maintain product quality.
• Monitor process/ machines performance and to troubleshoot/ report any deviations to respective personnels, if any.
• Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions.
• Ensure cleaniness according to the Company's 5'S' policy.
