The objective of this project is to advance the field of RNA analysis by developing and implementing innovative analytical tools. These tools will be used in a comprehensive study of all forms of RNA -- the ribonucleome -- and the >170 RNA modifications -- the epitranscriptome -- in disease pathobiology, host-pathogen interactions, biomarker development, and therapeutic target discovery.

Responsibilities

The Research Engineer will plan and conduct experiments with the aim of studying the roles of RNA modifications in human immunue diseases. The candidate will work primarily on cell culture, RNA isolation, and chromatography-coupled mass spectrometry analysis. Job Description: Semiconductor Process Integration Engineer

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly-skilled Process Integration Engineer to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and deliver advanced process modules with our partner foundry facilities for optoelectronic integrated circuits (ICs). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in semiconductor process technology and a proven track record of working effectively with external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process Development: You will join an existing team to design and develop semiconductor process flows to for a proprietary CMOS + III-V monolithic integration platform. You will integrate various process modules into a cohesive manufacturing process, optimizing for performance, yield, and reliability.

2. Collaboration with Fab Partners: You will be responsible for management of projects under your purview with one or more fab partners, including aspects such as budgeting, schedule and resource planning. You will work closely with fab partners to develop, optimize, and implement process modules for optoelectronic ICs, ensuring compatibility with fab partner manufacturing protocols. You will provide technical support and feedback to fab partners, troubleshooting process-related issues and implementing corrective actions. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the presales team to conduct site surveys and assessments. This involves evaluating the customer's location, infrastructure, and specific requirements to determine the ideal setup and deployment for the robot.
• Responsible for setting up, commissioning the robot on-site and ensuring the robot is ready for operation.
• Perform thorough testing, identify and troubleshoot errors/failures and implement appropriate solutions to resolve the issues promptly.

The Centre for Quantum Technologies (CQT), National University of Singapore is looking for researchers and engineers to develop next generation quantum computers based on trapped ions. There are multiple positions available at different levels with a diverse set of expertise. This program is funded under the National Quantum Processor Initiative, a flagship program under the National Quantum Office Singapore. The aim of the program is to develop a full stack quantum processor based on Yb-Ba ions. This program brings together the unique capabilities of the existing ion trap groups in CQT expertizing on these two-ion species to explore scalability of the system.
