A Contract Sales Consultant role is available for a highly motivated candidate who has a strong interest in design and a personable, confident nature. This is a sales role which requires you to represent our business and build a strong rapport with key interior designers and premium clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow our business with interior designers and leading organisations across residential, commercial and hospitality sectors
• Develop client relationships with interior designers through the delivery of engaging presentations, regular contact and other relationship building activities
• Reach and exceed a defined set of KPIs and budgets
• Build and maintain a healthy client database for assistive marketing and relationship building purposes
• Find new ways to foster commercial growth through direct business, builders, project managers and other sectors
• Attend trainings, industry events, conferences and seminars to actively maintain industry and design knowledge
• Liaise with operations team on project management
• Deliver after sales service to encourage repeat business
• Any additional duties as you may be required to perform within your skillset and experience

Location: Changi Business Park

Full budget: $3500 to $5400 (company do not provide any bonus or allowance)

Shift Timing (Working 5 days a week, Must support including night shift, weekends and public holidays)

• Morning shift: 6am to 3pm
• General shift: 9am to 6pm
• Afternoon shift: 2pm to 11pm
• Night shift: 10pm to 7am

Jobscope and Requirement

• Design, code, test, and debug Java applications.

Job Description

• Planning, design, assembling and installing equipment and facilities.
• Coordinate and liaise with main con, consultants,sub-contractors.
• Supervise and check subcontractors’ works according to design drawings, specifications and regulation.
• Plan and prepare projects based on stage of activities,schedule work activities.

Requirements

Job Description

This is a client facing / delivery role, working on cloud operations in the delivery team. You will execute daily cloud operations as well as cloud implementations in technical customer engagements including basic operations and administration, specific implementation projects and/or pilots in Cloud.

The ideal candidate will have experience in delivery roles and success in implementation discussions, hands-on experience with good client handling skills and good team player within the team. The candidate should also be able to provide solutions and technical expertise to fellow team members and in client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Apply technical knowledge, hands-on and customer insights to operate and administer a cloud infrastructure.
• Ensure all configuration conforms to high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, and appropriate reusability and reliability upon deployment, aligning to design documentation specifications
• Ability to codify or implement/deploy configurations with the principles of automation by default in new projects with proper documentations
• Ability to codify or maintain cloud systems in an automated fashion using tools like Ansible, CloudFormation, Terraform etc with proper documentation
• Collaborate with Cloud Solution Architects in providing technical expertise in cloud operations and administrations
• Participate in Cloud Migrations for VMs using tools like CloudEndure with more than 50 VMs migration or Databases would be preferred
• Collaborate with team members to engage clients in operational meetings, discussions, process betterment and contribute to optimisations for the client’s environment
• Maintain technical skills, certifications and knowledge of market trends and competitive insights; collaborate and share with the technical community specifically in the cloud space
• Ability to manage issues with proper resolution/documentation and SLAs is required for this role.
• Administration and troubleshooting of Unix Servers (Linux, Solaris, Ubuntu etc)
• Able to Install Unix OS and has good troubleshooting skills for Unix systems, knowledge in hardening and securing of Unix systems.
• Advanced level of Administration and OS clustering for High Availability.
• Audit, review, and implement IT security policies.
• Experience and knowledge in supporting SAN environment and storage space management.
• Performing upgrades and applying patches or firmware updates to the virtual infrastructure software or hardware.

Requirement:

• Must have AWS Solution Architect Associate Certification or AWS specialty certification (Specialization in Cloud eg DevOps Certified Specialty, Database Specialty)
• Must be able to be on 24x7 standby
• Professional Experience: 5+ years of success in operational/administration and deployment/migration projects in Cloud and Unix System administration.
• Problem Solving: Ability to solve customer problems through cloud technologies.
• Collaboration and Communication: Acknowledged helping to provide solutions to issues collaboratively, resolving conflicts and ensuring follow through with proper follow up and closure.
• Technical: Strong technical experience with cloud infrastructures, migrations, and technology management preferred
• Subject matter expertise in one or more of the following: Expertise of cloud infrastructure solutions (i.e. Windows and Linux IaaS, Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation Networking, OSS) would be advantageous
• Competitive Landscape: Knowledge of Containerisation technologies eg EKS/AKS/GKE/K8s/Openshift/Tanzu with CKA certification would be advantageous
• Required Cat 2b security clearance
