Responsibilities

1.Post-sales support :

- Provide technical support to partner or customer after purchasing our product.

- Assist technical team of partner and customer to tackle and resolve technical issue.

- Dissemble and assemble scanner according to maintenance manual(training will be provided).

Primary Objectives of Position

• Manage and maintain the NEL OCS System so as to ensure that the safety, reliability and availability of such services meet all regulatory requirements for MRT operation.

Major Responsibilities

• To enforce Departmental Works Instruction system and all Rail related safety rules and procedures.
• Responsible for the safety of departmental staff, related contractors and others working on the Electrical Distribution system in the NEL MRT premises

Job Specifications

Minimum Education / Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical and Electronic or Mechanical Engineering

Minimum Years of Relevant Experience

• Preferably at least 5 years of working experience in both LV and HV environment, preferably in a rail transportation environment.
• Electrical Power System background
• Preferably EMA Licensed Electrical Worker (Technician Grade)
