Job Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain and troubleshoot medical angiography systems equipment at customer sites.

Your Team, Your Impact

As an Analog IC Design Principal Engineer with Marvell, you will be part of a key team designing highly sophisticated CMOS transceiver/SERDES products. Responsibilities would include implementation and verification of circuits such as PLL, DLL, ADC, regulators, amplifiers, TX, RX, CDRs etc. to meet key performance targets and performing design verification using industry standard tools such as Spectre, MATLAB etc.

What You Can Expect

• The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of analog mixed-signal design with experience in high-speed transceivers.
• Solid understanding and experience of designing analog mixed-signal circuit blocks including PLL, phase interpolator, low jitter clock distribution, Bandgap, biasing circuits, LDO regulators, amplifiers, comparators, high-speed DACs and ADCs, Filters
• In-depth knowledge of analog mixed-signal concepts like mismatch mitigation, linearity, stability, low-power and low-noise techniques
• Experience with Tx/Rx equalization techniques and circuits like de-emphasis, CTLE, DFE
• Experience with high-speed digital circuits (e.g., serializer, deserializer, counters, dividers, etc.)
• Familiarity with CDR architectures and implementations
• Design experience in advanced CMOS technologies, design with FinFet technology
• Hands-on experience with AMS IC development from definition to high-volume production including layout supervision, bench evaluation, correlation, and characterization
• Experience in lab testing of high-speed transceivers

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor Degree with 10 years of experience or Master’s degree and/or PhD in Electrical Engineering and 5+ years of experience.

Summary

Candidates will work in a team of engineers to develop new products for Cloud and Data Center Market. This will involve close collaboration with some of the best circuit designers in the industry armed with the tools, knowledge, and technologies of the leader in power management. The job requires basic understanding on power electronics and laboratory skills. Additional job responsibilities include writing circuit documentation and application notes as well as product promotion in front of customers and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

· Product Development

o Verify the power solution through behavioral simulations

o Guide design of evaluation boards for internal silicon verification and customer evaluation

o Experimental verification of products in development to identify problems and limitations

· Product Support

o Generation and validate reference designs for system verification and customer applications

o Develop design collaterals to assist customers with designs, such as datasheets, evaluation kit manuals application notes, layout guidelines and simulation models

o Verification and testing of evaluation kits, and generation of evaluation reports for customers

o Support Troubleshooting of difficult or unusual technical problems

Education & Experience

Minimum BSEE + 2 years of experience; Preferred MSEE (or equivalent) + 2 years of experience
