• Produce a project plan and coordinate installations with relevant contractors to meet completion dates set by the Project Manager.
• Ensure that, before construction, contractors have completed a risk assessment report and understand the associated risks and mitigation measures.
• Plan all OSP construction work according to the program and report to the OSP Manager if any projects are off-target.
• Organize regular inspections to verify that all site work is being completed safely and correctly according to authority and client requirements.
• Ensure full compliance with Workplace Health and Safety regulations and procedures (per MoM guidelines).
• Verify that contractors' work quality meets statutory requirements, building regulations, and client specifications (Singapore Standards where applicable).
• Coordinate and monitor any remedial work necessary to gain client and local authority acceptance.
• Maintain a daily log detailing work performed and any issues encountered.
• Assign tasks to the CAD engineer for project drawings and handover packages.
• Compile handover packages and obtain approval from the Manager/client.
• Undertake any additional tasks as requested by the Manager.

Requirements/Experience:

• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Windows, Word, Excel, etc.).
• Good understanding of optical fiber networking and communications principles.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Higher Nitec in Information Technology preferred.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Others:

• Working hours from Monday through Friday 8:30am to 6:00pm.
• Ability to provide support during and outside regular business hours and weekends is required

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create IOT platform prototypes based on functional and detailed designs
• Implement and test OI solutions using both custom-developed software applications and configured products
• Prepare proposals and presentations and deliver them to customers
• Support IOT Sales in technical solutioning and building IOT platforms
• Conduct proof of concepts and technical feasibility when necessary
• Liaise effectively with all stakeholders (internal;subcontractors; vendors and customers)
• Ensure proper project documentation and provide project progress report

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant IoT sales & applications experience
• Possess good understanding of Machine to machine (M2M) and IoT (Internet of Things) technology
• Familiar with Low Power Wide Area Networks (LPWAN) such as Narrowband IoT (NB-IoT), Long Term Evolution for Machines (LTE-M)
• Familiar with IoT Application Enablement platforms
• Result oriented, independent, self-motivated with initiative and drive
• Must be a good team player, able to work well under pressure & possess positive attitude
