The Role

We are seeking a hands-on Director of Design to lead our Growth design team. In this pivotal role, you will drive the design strategy and execution for products that fuel Airwallex’s growth and optimize revenue streams. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Data Insights to create user-centered experiences that delight customers and drive business results.

Responsibilities

• In this role, you’ll report directly to the VP of Design and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development of design concepts and options for various projects, including tasks such as formulating design briefs, developing concept designs, and reviewing schematic designs, design development, detailed designs, and tender documentation. THE ROLE:

The focus of this role is to plan, build, and execute the verification of new and existing features for AMD’s graphics processor IP, resulting in no bugs in the final design.

THE PERSON:

You have a passion for modern, complex processor architecture, digital design, and verification in general. • Collaborate with architects, hardware engineers, and firmware engineers to understand the new features to be verified
