As an IT Systems Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our endpoint devices and supporting Corp IT systems.

You will be responsible for managing and maintaining our endpoint management systems, including SCCM and patch management.

Additionally, you will work with identity provider solution such as JumpCloud and productivity solution such as Google Workspace to ensure seamless user access and device management.

Skills & Qualifications:

SMART CAMP (Critical Analytics for Manufacturing Personalized-Medicine) is an interdisciplinary research programme in Singapore (CREATE international research campus and innovation hub) and at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). SMART CAMP addresses key technology bottlenecks in cell therapy manufacturing: (i) critical quality attributes (CQA) of safe, effective cell therapy products; and (ii) integrated process analytics to monitor and modulate those attributes. Our efforts are focused on allogeneic and autologous cell therapy products, including but not limited to cell sources including adult stem/progenitor cells and immune cells for treatment of specific cancers, tissue degeneration, and autoimmune diseases.

The successful candidate will support interdisciplinary projects focused on translating candidate safety Critical Quality Attributes (CQAs) to improve the safety of cell therapy products and patient safety. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to rapidly prototype, design, and implement innovative ideas and projects.
• Provide development assistance at the system level to other departments as needed, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
• Generate comprehensive documentation, including technical and functional specifications, to support project development and implementation.
• Participate actively in agile planning sessions, contributing to scope estimation and project planning for team initiatives.

Pre-Requisites

• BS/MS in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Extensive programming experience in C/C++.
• Experienced in developing system applications for Windows/MacOS/Linux/Android.
• Experienced in Driver development on Windows/MacOS/Linus/Android.
• Experienced in complex computation in 3D space.
• Experienced in game engines (Unreal and Unity).
• Strong analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team.
• Knowledge of game development a plus.
• Is a gamer.
