• Working Location: Tuas West
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm (One Saturday per month, 9am – 12pm)
• Salary Package: Up to $4,000 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities by expanding the customer base.
• Prepare detailed sales reports, monitor project progress
• Act as the primary point of contact between various suppliers and customers to meet project and sales objectives.
• Contribute to achieving the company’s overall sales and marketing goals by aligning with the strategic plans.
• Manage any additional tasks assigned.

1. Design and engineering of Mechanical or Electrical Services
2. Liaise and coordinate with architect, others consultants, owners and contractors in development and implementation of the project completion
3. Provide project design and development
4. Prepare drawings plan for submission to Authorities
5. Prepare tender document and tender drawings for tender
6. A&end to site progress meeting and site technical issues.
7. Work with others engineers and designer to complete assigned work within deadlines.
8. Liaise with authorities for plan approval and site inspection.
9. Conduct testing and commissioning of Electrical System.
10. Handover of the system during completion.

Job Requirement:

• Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering accredited by Professional Engineer Board, Singapore.

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in the industry, preferably in consultancy firm

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Key Responsibilities

• Take charge of facility water treatment (UPW & WWT & Water recycling…) system package concept design and RFP Preparation for 300mm semi-conductor Fabrication plant.
• Supervise and monitor water treatment contractors or design consultants’ design progress.
• On-site management water treatment package construction schedule and commissioning.

Education Qualification & Essential Experiences

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related STEM field.
• 300mm fab facility water treatment system operating experience.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Good skills of computer software e.x. Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD etc.
• Candidates with proactive attitude and responsibility good collaboration experiences in construction project.

M&E Engineer

Job Detail:

• Basic salary $3,500 - $4,500 (Subject to the experiences)
• VB
• 5.5 days, Mon - Fri 8am - 6pm; Sat 8am - 12nn
• Full 6 days week for the first 6 months of employment

Job Scope:

• Assist M&E Manager in coordinating M&E specific works on site
• Control site progress & installation quality as per approved Shop Drawings, Technical Submissions and Equipment/Material Procurement/Fabrication/Delivery Schedule for on-time completion
• Responsible for M&E drawing coordination and production of CSD and individual service drawings quality
• Responsible for conducting QA/QC inspection, managing RE, RTO and responsible for clearing QA/QC inspections to meet with construction schedule
• ⁠Responsible for variation order cost collection, cost verification of the VO works and make necessary recommendation of VO prices
• ⁠To check, evaluate and confirm work done and material supply quantity status for the purpose of M&E sub-contractor/NSC vendors progress payments incl. instruction of progress substantiation document preparation by sub-contractors and vendors
• ⁠⁠Responsible for site implementation of safety standards to comply with IMS safe work methods
• Responsible for attendance to daily site co-ordination meeting and provide detail co- ordination with sub-contractors

Job Requirements:

• Degree in M&E Engineering ONLY (Recognized Degree by BCA/PEB)
• Minimum 2-3years in construction related experiences
• Possess Electrical Trade experiences will be added advantage
