Job scope:

• Follow up with site walk and client enquiry for the new job or project and work together with project engineer and manager for the quotation and tender submission, ensuring purchase order is secured.
• Coordinating with engineering, construction and liaise with the client on detail engineering requirements.
• Prepare quotation, budget plan and submission to have approval from project engineer or manager.
• Prepare method of statement, lifting plan and work schedule to provide safety personnel to prepare risk assessment.
• Prepare MTO and raise MR for all materials required for the project.
• Responsible for equipment installation, structure installation, piping erection operations and pipe support installation in accordance with schedule, procedures, specifications, priorities and availability of construction drawings.
• Handling all the technical queries and investigating all the work related problems, including the drawing of field sketches when necessary.
• Review of Project specification, ISO drawings and P&ID.
• Responsible for counter checking by ISO drawings, P&ID and GA drawings for the correct location, orientation, alignment and plumpness.
• Carrying out final P&ID check of installed piping systems in the module. Preparation of “AS BUILT” drawings.
• Responsible for carrying out mechanical clearance, conducting hydro and pneumatic tests, fulfilling commissioning and Pre-Commissioning requirements for the project.
• Responsible for line checking after hydro testing or pneumatic testing to complete the post punch list prior to sign-off the test packages before signing the completion of piping / mechanical.
• Ensure that all punch list items are resolved; client handover is satisfactorily concluded and that there is no prolongation of project.
• Take prompt corrective and preventive action to remove any quality issue, any unsafe elements and unhealthy conditions at site.
• Sales Cycle Management: Conduct the full sales cycle, including lead generation, follow-up, service delivery, and transaction closure.

Responsible for the initiation, investigation and completion of process deviations aimed at identification of root cause, and implementation of correct actions to prevent recurrence. The position is expected to work in a cGMP environment, have working knowledge of Biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes, the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects concurrently, have strong meeting facilitation and conflict resolution skills, a strong technical writing capability, be action oriented, and be compliant minded while performing investigations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Technical writing for the educated but uninformed reader, translate moderate to complex scientific events into a brief and cohesive report as a finished product.
• Accurately capture immediate actions and containment of the event
• Address comments from both internal and external clients on the compiled final report.
• Gather Data from various sources across the client site, perform of Root Cause
• Analysis to determine the most likely cause of the deviation investigation,
• Assessment of event for impact to SISQP, Perform Trending Analysis,
• Identification of Corrective and Preventative Actions to reduce deviation recurrence, performance of Risk Assessments, Causing Mapping
• Meeting Facilitation and participation, aligning internal review team and area subject matter experts on an agreed to investigational path forward.

About You:

• Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent combination of education minimum.
• Preferred area of study: Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology or other relevant science discipline
• 1-3 years’ experience; Prior experience technical writing and in a manufacturing, environment preferred
• Must have the ability to work in a fast paced, high workload environment, and be able to manage multiple projects and objectives for on-time event closure.

This role is responsible for supporting validation activities including develop, support and implementation. In this role, the engineer must ensure qualification activities are performed in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Support equipment, facilities, utilities qualifications
• Develop validation lifecycle document and protocols/reports in accordance with relevant policies, standards, procedures and guidelines, and complete execution in a timely fashion,

• Participate in site Validation Maintenance Program

About You:

• Engineering/Science Degree or higher from recognised institution
• At least 2 years of experience in Equipment Qualification in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.

• Must have experience in controlled temperature chamber qualification with temperature mapping.
• Good knowledge and experience of the practical and theoretical requirement of validation program in GMP facility
